Project Description
UCSD Shake Table Modular Testbed Frame, San Diego, CA
- DF360 was used for this frame.
- RAM Structural System was used to design and analyze and design the DuraFuse Frames system beam and column sizes and complete drift checks.
Project Details
DuraFuse Frames is excited to participate in the fabricated columns and fuse plates for the DFF moment connections for the Modular Testbed Building which will be the first project on the newly upgraded 6 degree of freedom Large High Performance Outdoor Shake Table (LHPOST6) at UCSD. This is a great project to highlight resilient seismic systems like DuraFuse Frames and CoreBrace as well as other industry partners and new innovative products. Looking forward to the great test results and critical experimental data that will come from this project.
